About the Practice

Harbor Grove is a private behavioral health practice in downtown Austin. Our clinicians combine evidence based methods with a calm, human approach. You will get clarity, a plan, and support you can actually use.

A grounded setting

We keep the environment private, warm, and steady. No clinical feeling, just a calm place to think, speak, and reset.

Care for real life

Therapy is not just insight. We help you build skills and routines that hold up on the hard weeks too.

Assessments with clear next steps

Evaluations should reduce confusion. We deliver readable reports and practical recommendations you can act on.

Services

A clear starting point for where you are right now. If you are unsure, we will help you choose the right first step.

Individual Therapy

Anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. Practical tools combined with deeper work when you are ready.

Couples and Family

Communication breakdowns, conflict cycles, parenting stress. Structure that helps you reconnect without feeling blamed.

Psychological Assessments

ADHD, learning concerns, executive function, and diagnostic clarification. Clear feedback and a report that makes sense.

Not sure where to start

Share what has been hardest lately. We will recommend the right first appointment and match you thoughtfully.

Clinicians

Different styles, shared standards. Warmth, precision, and respect for your time.

How We Work

The goal is not to talk forever. The goal is to feel safer inside your own life, with a plan you can trust.

We listen for what matters most

You share what is going on and what you want to change. We keep it simple and respectful.

We build a clear plan

We agree on priorities, pace, and tools. You always know what the next step is.

We review your goals regularly

Less overwhelm, better boundaries, steadier sleep, and better days. That is what we track.
